Episode 1
With Pooja Arora. Pooja is the co-founder of Redefine Wellness. After 12+ years of global corporate experience, she decided to redefine her story in the direction of her passion. She is a Reiki Master & therapist, a Yoga instructor, a Silva Meditation teacher and a Wellness consultant. She shares how one can plan for a career shift and make it work.

Episode 2
With Catherine Khoo. Author, Educator and Filmmaker. She is the Managing Director of Janus Education, Singapore and has been a pioneer in crafting workshops and systems to help young authors and women. In this interview, she talks about her trigger moment and how her change in perspective changed her life.

Episode 3
With Minal Jagtiani. She is the founder of LeadThink, a platform that helps leaders with personal branding and taking their careers in their own hands. She was a publishing professional and in this interview she shares how she redefined herself to carve her niche for herself after her children grew up. She talks about living life in the moment, making the most of what we have, grit and ‘rigour of intent’.

Episode 4
Vanessa Lee went against societal expectations to adopt this unusual profession. From being a teen who couldn’t defend herself to then becoming a trainer for the police and army, Vanessa’s story is that of grit and resilience. She set up the first women’s Muaythai studio in Singapore where she focuses on helping women to believe in themselves, along with imparting self defence skills. Episode 6
Eika Chaturvedi Banerjee, is the Founder and CEO of Eikam Resonance – an organisation, where, she, along with her community of researchers, delve into ancient wisdom to solve modern humanity issues. Eika has deep, unquenchable thirst for learning. She is a Chevening Gurukul Fellow from the University of Oxford, author of 52 Red Pills – a run-away best seller on ‘hyper learning’ in India and a regular in the speaker circuit – on the topics of Diversity, Skills, Talent and Leadership.
She has also been the CEO of Future Learning ( A Future Group Company), India. In this video, we explore the concept of career transitions, the mid-career crisis, the Circle of Control and the Circle of Concern, awareness of “should’, “must", “should be" patterns in our mind and replacing darkness with light.

Episode 7
Shalaka Ranadive is an accomplished theatre and television artiste with over 25 years as an actor, director and producer. She is the creator of Dastak, the first Hindi theatre festival of Singapore. Here she shares some of her insights into leading creative people. What does it take and how does she bring together so many diverse people to give the best of themselves in this unique event in Singapore’s Art calendar. So much to learn !
Shalaka started her career as a TV actress and in 2009, she ran her own theatre company in Singapore – ‘WECANDOIT’. In 2016, she started the first Hindi theatre festival in Singapore called ‘Dastak’. Dastak is in its fifth year now and has travelled to the prestigious Kala Ghoda festival Mumbai and LIFFT festival Lonavala. Under Dastak she launched the Children’s Production in 2019 – Dastak Chhota Packet. It was received with resounding success. In 2019 she was awarded the WCRC -Malcolm Mcdonald academy award for Transformational Leaders.
